We identified at the Gold Eagle Lodge that we were needing some help with team building and started our search. It was recommended to me to reach out to Todd Reimer as someone I knew had been at a seminar that was put on by him and was very excited about what Todd was able to do. So we contacted Todd and expressed our concerns and areas that we felt we needed help in. Todd brought in a team with him that quickly brought us together and helped us focus on what was important and reminded us to listen, set clear visions and make sure that our mission is something we live by. Then he followed up with weekly phone calls to see how we were all doing and provided encouragement for the implementation of change that was needed. Todd also aided us in one on one interviews with all staff in regards to retention and brought us as a management group together once again to help us succeed in our leadership and coaching techniques to help develop success in the workplace. 1. What led you to first hire Todd? 

I discovered Todd at another speaking engagement. He was engaging and delivered a strong message. I was impressed and inquired on his availability to help my team.

Originally my goaI was better communication between co-workers. Todd has led several interactive workshops with our team and we’re achieving our goals.
